Favorite tea spot when visiting Garden Grove for work. They had oolong tea which many tea shops dont always carry. They also had large size options which was what I wanted for a good price! Grace was also very sweet and let me try peach oolong which I've never had before, it was great (get it hot)! This place is also connected to a bakery I havent tried but come by and give this tea shop a try.

Thai tea was good, I wish it had a bit less cream and a stronger flavor but it was still really good and the boba was chewy and fresh. The prices and the size were both very good 👍

Small little mom & pop coffee/tea shop with friendly staff and good coffee drinks. Ordered the Spanish latte, which is a condensed milk latte drink, tasted slightly sweet and was warm when handed to me. It's conveniently next to Manmi bakery so that you can have your creampuffs or other baked goods with your coffee.

Tira Tea House provides excellent service with a casual, yet carefully planned, ambiance. Tira Tea House stood out to me as a smaller tea shop that serves boba, tea, coffee, and sweets. What distinguishes this place from all of the other drink shops is that it creates has a cozy home-like vibe with employees who care about your drink. Immediately when you walk into the store, all of the decorations seem like it is purposely placed and everything matches well. When I entered, I was greeted by Regina, one of the employees at Tira Tea House. As I browsed the menu, she asked if I had any questions and was attentive to my presence. When I asked her about the difference between her Oolong Milk Tea versus other places, she explained how she brewed the tea and what goes into the milk tea. She then asked if I wanted to try a sample and also asked for the sweetness level -- which I replied 25%. When she came back, she mentioned that the sweetness would be around 25-30% since the drink was in a small container that it was hard to measure the exact 25% necessary.
